Welcome to our last day at this year annual meeting

This morning offers you a final chance at this year’s meeting to participate in Special Interest and Community for Practice Groups as well as hear more on the work of colleagues.

Plenary Session 3: Sustainability in Action

The final plenary of ADEE 2025, chaired by Dr Brett Duane, focuses on embedding environmental sustainability into dental education and hospital strategy. A panel will share experiences from curriculum changes to operational initiatives that reduce carbon footprints, with audience Q&A. The session concludes with award presentations and the announcement of Budapest as the ADEE 2026 host city by Prof Gabor Gerber.

The session will feature the ADEE / EDSA / Henry Schein Oral Health Professional Educators’ Practice Green and Social Excellence Awards 2025. Recognition will also be given to ADEE LEADER School visits and visitation panel achievements. These awards celebrate excellence, innovation, and sustainability in dental education.

We hope you enjoy our final day in Dublin and we encourage you to complete the meeting survey in the app before you go!
