Following our work last year in Leuven and the formalisation of the updated Competency Framework for Aspiring Deans and Heads of European Dental Schools, we are delighted to invite you to join us in Dublin on 19th August 2025 where we will work together to design a leadership programme.
If you are currently a European dental school dean, head of department or a nominated senior leader please join us as we work with the competency framework to explore the implications for aspirational leaders of schools. We will look at critical themes, topics and delivery methods with the aim of jointly co-designing the content and structure of the programme.
Kindly supported by Colgate, the session will be collaborative, engaging and insightful, leading to collective output for aspiring leaders and the opportunity to reflect personally on your own leadership development needs.
